Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how (“MansionOS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MansionOS application and website (the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Account information — your email address when you create an account.
- Birth data — date of birth (and, if you provide it, time/place of birth) used to generate your readings. This is used solely to compute your personalized content.
- Information about others — if you enter another person’s birthday to generate a relationship (“bond”) reading, we process that date to produce the reading. Only enter another person’s information if you have a reasonable basis to do so.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic technical and usage data (e.g. device type, app version, general interactions) used to operate and improve the Service.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Payment and Billing information:
- Our payments are processed securely by third-party providers — Shopify for purchases on our website, and the Apple App Store or Google Play for in-app subscriptions. They handle your payment card data and billing details. We do not collect or store your full credit card details — we only receive confirmation of the transaction, purchase history, and your email address to fulfill your unlock inside the MansionOS system. Please refer to the relevant provider’s privacy policy for details on how they process your payment data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- provide and personalize the Service (generate your readings and reports);
- create and manage your account and record your purchases/unlocks;
- communicate with you about your account, purchases, or — if you have opted in — product news (you can opt out at any time);
- operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK and Singapore)
Where required by law (including the GDPR/UK-GDPR and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)), we rely on: your consent (e.g. to process birth data and to send optional marketing); performance of a contract (to provide content you purchased); and our legitimate interests (to operate and secure the Service). You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share information only with:
- service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, email delivery) and our payment processors (Shopify for website purchases; the Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app subscriptions), who process payments on our behalf, all bound to protect your data;
- legal/authorities where required by law;
- a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request the absolute deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via the system settings or by contacting us. Once initiated, your stored orbits and birth data will be permanently wiped from our active databases. Please note that records which we (or our payment processors) are legally required to retain — such as transaction and tax records — may be kept as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at . We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. International Data Transfers
We operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
