These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MansionOS application and website (collectively, the “Service”), operated by (“MansionOS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MansionOS provides personalized astrological and metaphysical content for entertainment and self-reflection purposes, including but not limited to star-mansion readings, zodiac profiles, daily energy readings, relationship (“karmic bond”) readings, and downloadable or in-app reports.

The content provided by the Service is not, and should not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content. Always consult a qualified professional for matters affecting your health, finances, legal situation, or wellbeing.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Certain features, reports, and content are available for purchase (“Paid Content”). Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payments for purchases on our website are processed by Shopify; purchases made within our mobile apps are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable payment processor’s terms.
Once Paid Content is delivered or unlocked to your account, it is made available to you on the terms described in our Refund Policy. Access to Paid Content is tied to your account.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including Paid Content, at any time. Where you have already paid for specific content, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve your access to what you purchased.
Orbit+ subscription (mobile apps). Orbit+ is an auto-renewing subscription offered through our iOS and Android apps on a monthly (US$14.99) or yearly (US$99) basis. Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; when you subscribe, you authorize the relevant app store to charge your account the then-current price at the start of each billing period until you cancel. We do not receive or store your card details.
Automatic renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period for the same period and price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID or Google account subscription settings. When you cancel, you keep Orbit+ access until the end of the period you have already paid for; access then ends and you are not charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a period.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, access may continue during a short grace period. If payment still cannot be collected, Orbit+ access ends and your account reverts to the free tier. One-time purchases you already own are unaffected.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Any change applies only to billing periods after notice is given; you may cancel before it takes effect.
30-Day Pass (website). The 30-Day Pass (US$14.90) is a one-time purchase sold on our website, not a subscription. It unlocks full access for 30 days and does not auto-renew; access ends automatically after 30 days, with nothing to cancel. To continue afterward, you may buy another pass or subscribe to Orbit+ in the app.
Karmic Bond Reading. The Karmic Bond Reading (US$4.99) is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks one reading, delivered instantly, and remains available in your account.
Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it before purchasing.

All content, text, designs, graphics, the underlying calculation systems, and the compilation thereof are owned by MansionOS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
If you submit any information (such as birth data) to generate readings, you grant us a license to process that information solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MansionOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MansionOS from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of , without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of , except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
