MansionOS sells digital products and digital account access (including reports, readings, and in-app unlocks). These are delivered or unlocked to your account immediately upon purchase.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales of digital reports and system accesses are final and non-refundable once the content has been delivered or unlocked to your account.

Orbit+ auto-renewing subscriptions are offered through our mobile apps. Because Orbit+ delivers digital content immediately and continuously, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. To stop future charges, cancel before your next renewal date in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — you will retain access until the end of the current paid period.
Failed renewals. If a renewal cannot be collected, your subscription simply ends with no further charge; no refund is owed because no charge was completed.
The 30-Day Pass (US$14.90) and the Karmic Bond Reading (US$4.99) are one-time purchases sold on our website, not subscriptions. They are unlocked to your account immediately and, like all our digital products, are non-refundable once delivered. The 30-Day Pass grants full access for 30 days and does not auto-renew; access ends automatically when the 30 days elapse, with nothing further to cancel or charge.

Refunds, where granted, are processed through the original payment channel — Shopify for purchases made on our website, or the Apple App Store / Google Play for in-app subscriptions — and returned to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence that cannot legally be waived. Where such laws apply, they prevail over this policy.
